More commonly known as a white flowering Dogwood, this tree produces large, snowy white bracts in amongst mid-green, oval foliage. The foliage turns vivid shades of red and purple in the autumn for a stunning display. Unlike some Dogwood varieties, Cornus florida 'Cloud Nine' is free flowering even when young. It is also fairly early flowering, unlike varieties which flower in the height of summer.
Cornus florida 'Cloud Nine' is best planted in a sunny position, avoiding shallow chalk and poor soils. This small garden tree or large shrub will grow to an estimated height and spread of 3 x 3 metres in 20 years.
