Produces vibrant coloured stems in gold, pink, orange, purple, red and white. Leaves are lightly savoyed, and green and bronze in colour. Highly productive for continuous cutting. Great in salads and stir fries.

Sow
Sow direct in warm conditions or raise in trays of Yates® Black Magic® Seed Raising Mix. Firm down and keep moist. Transplant when 5cm high.

Tips
Great companion plant for beets, marjoram and onion. Harvest by pulling (rather than cutting) stems, starting with the outside leaves.
