This evergreen shrub fearures deep purple blooms that fade to lavender and then white from late spring through summer. The shrub excites as it may have three colours present at one time, thus the common name 'Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow'.
It can grow in full sun but does best with afternoon shade in warm, inland valleys. This shrub needs regular watering. Leaves are small, evergreen and dark green.
Grows to around 1.5 x 1.5m. Berries are known to be toxic.
