Metrosideros excelsa 'Vibrance' is a very popular cultivar of the fmaous Pohutukawa tree found in coastal areas throughout the northern parts of Aotearoa. 'Vibrance' can be distinguished from the other types due to its upright growth and very long stamens on the bright red flowers that bloom in December. Metrosideros excelsa 'Vibrance' is a broad spreading tree that can reach a height of 4x3m if planted in a sunny spot with well drained soil.
