Philadelphus ‘Virginal’ (Mock Orange Blossom)
The Mock Orange Blossom is a vigorous, deciduous shrub with ovular, green foliage and large, fragrant clusters of very pretty, double, white flowers which appear in late spring and early summer. The fragrant flowers make this shrub an ideal choice for garden bed and large pots. Grows approximately 2.5m high x 2m wide.
For best results, plant in an open, sunny position with rich, well draining soil. Prune well after flowering to maintain compact growth. Tolerates clay soils and drought. Frost hardy and suitable for coastal conditions.
